The Eagle Pass Lady Eagles varsity softball team hit the road on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 for a trip to the Alamo City of San Antonio, Texas to tangle with the South San Lady Bobcats in a 7:00 PM non-district encounter,

The home standing Lady Bobcats wasted no time whatsoever in setting the tone for this game as they erupted with a big five run production in the bottom of the very first inning courtesy of five hits and one Lady Eagles error to take a 5 to 0 lead over the Lady Eagles then managed to tack on lone insurance runs in the second and third innings to come away with the 7 to 0 victory.

The usually potent Lady Eagles were handcuffed to only five hits in this game. The loss drops the Lady Eagles season record to 2 wins and four losses.
