The annual end of the year C.C. Winn High School Mavericks and Lady Mavericks’ all-sports bar-b-que was held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 4:30 PM at the C.C. Winn High School cafeteria. C.C. Winn Mavericks head football coach and campus athletic coordinator Eric Villasenor informed Eagle Pass Sports Central that all of the 2018-2019 Mavericks and Lady Mavericks’ athletes were treated to a savory bar-b-que plate with all of the trimmings and refreshments that were prepared and served by several members of the Mavericks and Lady Mavericks’ coaching staff.

The highlight of this annual event was the much anticipated announcement of the respective 2018-2019 individual(s) Most Valuable Player(s) in each respective sport as selected by the Mavericks and Lady Mavericks’ coaching staff in each sport.

Eagle Pass Sports Central congratulates each and every one of these talented young student-athletes on your most deserving honor in being selected the Most Valuable Player in each of your respective sport and we thank you for all of the thrills and memories that each you provided during the 2018-2019 school year and for representing C.C.
